Is it possible to make calls to App Scripts from Dialogflow CX simulator / dialogflow messenger using webhook (i.e deploy appscripts as a web app)? If so what web app settings ensure that? or what APIs need to be enabled to make that possible?

Hi,

You can call any endpoint from the Dialogflow CX webhook. You have to make sure that your endpoint is public and can be called from anywhere
