Bard API access in South Africa

Good day, I get no results when I search for `Google Bard API` on Google-cloud-console/API-library. I activated a illing account as required, I was wondering if there is another step I have not done yet. Your help is really apreciated.

Hello @QASIMALOUDAT I am not sure you understood the question probably because I wasn't clear. Google Bard-API is not available (doesn't appear) when I search for it in API & Services tab of Google Console.
