CCAI Agent handover using DF CX ...

Hi,

I am trying to setup DF CX to handover to an agent as soon as somebody says "speak to an agent".  I have added an empty {} into my Live Agent Handover response in DF CX and it hands over but I need to enter some text after to physically connect to an agent.  I want the agent to be connected as soon as they say "speak to an agent".  Is there a way this can be achieved without the need for somebody to enter a superfluous message?  Below is an example of the handover, with the need to enter an extra message.
