CX Phone Gateway Telephony Transfer Ringing Sound

Hello, I wanted to know if there is a way to add dialing sound to telephony transfers via CX Phone Gateway. I tried adding a pre-recorded audio but it is not concurrent with the transfer. If this is possible, I would appreciate to hear your thoughts.

Can you please clarify what you mean by a dialling sound?

I would say that it will depend on the integration you are using. Probably the CX Phone Gateway does not have that feature.

It is the sound that plays while you are waiting for the call to connect. It is currently only silence until someone picks it up.

I think that will depend on the Telephony integration that you use.
