CX integration with Google Phone Gateway for Hindi

Created a Google Phone Gateway with a bi-lingual CX agent that has English and Hindi as languages. Phone Gateway with English as language is able to play prerecorded audio in Hindi (I configured this using Agent responses and webhook that uses third party TTS). Although interaction using Hindi does not work (which is understandable).

However, if create a Phone Gateway number with Hindi as a language, then call does not proceed beyond initial greeting in Hindi (which I have not configured) and call disconnects. Why would this happen?

@ngargi009the default message that you got on the call comes from Default welcome intent.

1, the disconnection can be because you dont have good signal, or you dont have quota, or billing has been deactivated.

Removing responses from Default Welcome Intent has solved the problem. There was no problem with quota or signal etc.
