Calling a Vertex AI agent from another IVR

Hello, 

I am trying to connect my Vertex AI agent through another IVR system -  DialPad. Dialpad allows webhooks so I can trigger the agent that way, but I don't know what I would be calling on the Google side? I can't find an API that will trigger my AI agent with the voice. Help?
