Cannot start an RLHF task on the Vertex AI Studio console

Getting an error
You do not have permission to act as the service account: 892267187676-compute@developer.gserviceaccount.com. Ask your administrator to grant you the Service Account User (roles/iam.serviceAccountUser) IAM role on the service account or the project that owns the service account.

I already have a service account. I am unable to choose this on the UI> It is assigning me an unknown random service account I don't recognize. This happened to me in two projects.
