Connecting button from payload to the form page

Hi @xavidop, i have created this custom payload in the default start page of the default welcome intent. Now, when i click the Customer Support button, i would like to go to flows like customer_support that i have created in the build section in dialogflow cx. Is it doable? If it is, then how?
