Connecting to other user's runtime in the same project

Sorry if I am in the wrong category, but I have a problem. Can you connect with Colab Enterprise Notebook to runtime what was created by another user in the project?
I am an admin and create runtime, so I have permission to do so. Still, my student has runtime user permission, and, unfortunately, he cannot see the runtimes and cannot connect.
I appreciate your help.
