Conversation History > Save as example behavior.

We have a conversational agent that we'd like to send through a beta test that will be using an audio channel.

It doesn't look like there is a way to take an interaction from the conversation history and make corrections to the generation and turn it into an example for further refinement. Is this correct, or am I missing something?

I've tried to drop down the list of invocations but there is no action when the arrow is pressed.

I have noticed that there is a weird behavior where the specific playbook that you want to create an example from has to be the one selected in the main menu (when the simulator is open) for you to be able to make an example from it. Those circumstances may be related, but it's  unclear exactly what the functionality is, so can't tell if it's a bug.

Hi @anwhite,

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

Currently, there is no option for you to directly edit conversation history into training examples. You might try downloading the conversation history to a CSV and manually turning it into a training example. For enhancement, you can submit a feature request

If you notice any unusual behavior on the console, you may try the following troubleshooting steps to isolate browser-related issues. If this issue persists, you can also file an issue request so that our Engineering Team can look into it. Before filing, please take note on what to expect when opening an issue. For future updates, I recommend monitoring the tracker and release notes.
