Data from Azure Storage Gen2 and Synapse dedicate pool to train models in VertexAI

How can we create the models in Vertex AI when data is Azure Storage Gen2 and Synapse dedicate pool WITHOUT moving the data to the Google cloud (BQ, Cloud storage etc.) and consume the model outputs in Azure. Can someone point me to the reference architecture?
