This can help identify whether a service disruption is contributing to the issue you're experiencing.
- Create a test data source: You can try creating a new data source using a widely accessible website. If your new data source also fails to return data, it strongly suggests the issue may be with Vertex AI itself rather than something in your setup.
- Verify Agent & Data Store Connection: To ensure accurate data retrieval, make sure your agent is still properly linked to the data store containing your website data source, and when you test it, use very specific queries, ideally exact phrases from your website content, to help your agent surface relevant information effectively.
