Device Blacklisted?

With my bootloader unlocked I had gemini in messages.

Now that I am relocked I no longer do.

I am afraid Google blacklisted my device over that whole RCS thing that happened.

I just want someone from the support team to help me. I am sorry this is the wrong place. Gemini sent me here.
