DialogFlow CX Data Store Fulfillment response discrepancies after switching page

Hi,

I have created a data store agent in Dialog flow CX and was wondering why the response of my agent is different after switching to another page. For example, when I am in the start page and perform a query for product information, the agent was able to provide an answer using info from the data store. However, after I move to another page (with the same data store), the agent always asks me to rephrase the question or provide more details. Is there something I am missing aside from adding the data store to the other page?

This is because the summarization prompt, it has the conversation history. If you want to change the summarization prompt and have something that does not rely on the conversation history you can change the prompt in the Agent settings > gen AI settings:
