DialogFlow CX - turn off micro if DTMF

Hi, I'm using DTMF to capture information from my customer.

The problem is that the noise around the customer or other peoples talking can be captured by the bot and lead to a no match. 

Is there any possibility to turn off the microphone when DTMF is enabled ?

Hi!

Unfortunately, there is no way to do that with the built-in integration. To achieve that, you must create a custom integration by yourself.
