I have setup a DialogFlow CX Conversational Agent and it says it will integrate with SoulMachines to create a digital avatar.
I have a SoulMachines account that says it will integrate with DFCX but requires a JSON Service Account Key
So, I went through Google Cloud, enabled all the permissions (I'm an Admin of everything), enabled Service Keys, added Soul Machines to Service Accounts, clicked Add Key, selected JSON, only to keep getting an error message from Google that is no help whatsoever. Anyone ever done this successfully?

Hi @Neil_Plantz,

I came across this article which you may find useful related to your concern. Additionally, you may also refer to this documentation for guidance on setting up the Conversational Agents (Dialogflow CX) integrated with Soul Machines.
If the issue persists, you may consider submitting a feedback. Note that this feature is still under preview meaning that the product is not necessarily feature-complete or might have limited support.
Another option that you may try is to file a defect report. This way you could have visibility on the progress of your request as it is publicly available. Please note that I can't provide any details or timelines at this moment. For future updates, I suggest keeping an eye out on the issue tracker.

Hi
Thank you for your reply.
The links you sent are the same instructions I followed, but 3 things:
First, the guide from SoulMachines is out of date since it describes the previous version of DialogFlow and not the new Conversation Agent (preview) that I'm using. I accept this is their problem, not yours.
Second, they propose a solution using a JSON key with a Service Account, which Google contradicts by saying don't use Service Account, use the 'Workload Identity Federation'. (photo attached) So an obvious conflict and I don't know which Solution to go with.
Third, when I try to set up a JSON Service Account Key (despite Google saying not to) I get the error message I described. So I can't set the agent up or give Soul Machine the JSON key to connect their agent with my DialogFlow.
Hasn't anyone else pointed this out? If I'm the first please help me fix this so I can showcase the technology?
Appreciated N
