Dialogflow CX 32601 Error

I'm feeling a bit desperate with my Dialogflow  agent. I'm connecting to it through Twilio. I make calls, and it had been responding according to the established flow (most of the time, I’d say about 98%). However, in the past two weeks, it has been behaving erratically—sometimes it "gets lost."

This means that the agent responds with the WELCOME intent, but after that, it seems to stop executing. I answer the question it asks, but it looks like the microphone disconnects because it doesn't say anything else, and after a few minutes, the call simply ends.

I haven't been able to detect a pattern for this behavior.

The log identifies the error as:

A 32601 Error is an indication that the <VirtualAgent> connector configuration was rejected by the VirtualAgent provider.

Any ideas will be welcome

@hugomendez have you tried isolating the components? like calling first from a twillio agent without dialogflow connection so you can make sure that this disconnection is made on twillio. Then try to use phone gateway from dialogflow and check if there is a disconnection after some void seconds.

Effectively Mizar, and thanks for your comment, I've tested Twilio only calls, and everything is working fine. The conversational agent is working on the simulator without any issues. The problem arises when using the Twilio-Dialogflow integration. I've used this kind of integration previously and everything was running smoothly. But now I'm having this situation.

can any one help me to find the Dialogflow messager is working kindly check  "I am using Dialogflow Messenger on my site, but now it is not working. I also tried it directly on the site, but it is still not working. When I check my account, it keeps loading for more than 10 minutes."

My Df Messenger iteration is working, did you try at local?

 

Our Dialogflow ES agent also is not working.

@cellis mine is working fine, are you using any spefic integration?
