Dialogflow CX Generators Response Parameters

I'm creating a chatbot in Dialogflow CX.  
On one page I'm using a generator to produce a response.  I would like to scan that response for hotel names and use those as input parameters for a webhook.
Apparently there should exist response parameters, I was hoping to use these, but I don't see them anywhere in the console.
If those parameters don't exist, what would be another way to accomplish this?

I can understand that no one has an immediate answer to this specific question. Can you then recommend good reading or other things to me to further explore this topic? I started working with Duet AI but it keeps referring to Response parameters and other things that I don't think exist. I found the "Learning Paths" https://www.cloudskillsboost.google. I also read the book "The Definitive Guide to Conversational AI" (although that unfortunately mainly deals with Dialogflow ES. If there are any other things that could help with designing a chatbot, I would love to hear them.
