Dialogflow-CX bot: How to set the Datastore public URI

I need help solving a problem: I'm trying to use snippets in my chatbot to allow users to access the information found. However, I'm facing an issue where the generated URL requires the user to sign in with a Google account. I've already set both the objects and the bucket to be public, but it hasn't solved the problem. Is there any other solution I can try?

Hi @Kozato,

As you mentioned that you have already set your bucket and object to public, you may check if the agent is displaying or redirecting to the correct path. As a best practice, Cloud Storage is used if your content is not public. For more information, you may check out this documentation

Hope this helps.
