Dialogflow CX can't connect to integrations

my  text messenger integrations (LINE, Facebook) does not receive a response message from Dialogflow CX but has no problem on Dialogflow CX test agent simulator and Dialogflow ES

I try to set up a Facebook integration on Dialogflow CX following the docs  but I still have a problem

It works on Dialogflow ES in the same way
