I've connected Dialogflow CX to my Twilio account using the 'One-Click Telephony' integration. I've set up a Twilio Studio Flow to trigger the 'Connect Virtual Agent' integration whenever there's an incoming call. Everything seems fine on the Twilio <URL removed by staff>Dialogflow CX, I've added a 'Default Welcome Intent' with various training phrases. However, when I try to test the integration, I get this error: 'com.google.apps.framework.request.BadRequestException: No handler is defined for the event: Default Welcome Intent. Define one or define a handler for the system event: sys.unknown-event, that catches events without defined handlers.'I've double-checked everything multiple times and confirmed that both the Dialogflow CX and Twilio Flows are configured correctly. I can even successfully test the 'Default Welcome Intent' within the Dialogflow CX testing panel.I've followed the documentation closely, but I can't figure out where the error is coming from. Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue?
I have asked the Twillio Support team and they told me that everything is okay on their side, and I have to ask the DialogflowCX support.
Hi @dncvlad22,
Welcome to Google Cloud Community!
It seems that this would need a deeper investigation of your project. With this, I suggest to contact Google Cloud Support as they can provide more insights to see if the behavior you've encountered is a temporary issue or specific to your project.
Hope this helps.
I'm facing the same issue @dncvlad22 @cassandramae is it resolved?
