I am working on a dialogflow cx agent using the playbooks and the newly added generative AI functionalities. Currently I want the bot to be able to switch back to a main playbook and directing each question/request to a sub playbook to handle this. However, while switching from one playbook to another the set parameters will be deleted, which makes sense. I want to have some sort of global variables in this environment so that the bot does not need to ask for the same information more than once. How can I achieve this? I tried looking into a BigQuery or Firestore solution, is that the best way to do it? Thanks in advance for your help!
