Dialogflow ES Training: End-User Result is Different than what shows on the Training Page

Hello,

I ran into a discrepancy when testing my Dialogflow ES agent between the result I am seeing on the training page and what ten end-user is seeing and would like to see if anybody here has an explanation of what might be going on.

Here's my scenario:

Test phrase being used:
"What are the contract access fees in assisted acquisitions"

The result I'm seeing on the training page, which is correct where the end-user should be going to the Assisted Acquisitions flow:

The actual result the end-user seeing on the chatbot, which is our default fallback instead Assisted Acquisitions:

Does anybody know what's happening here to get this result?  Is there anything I can do to make this consistent?. I did make sure the Assisted Acquisitions flow is available by having it as an output context.

I have another flow in the system that has "Contract Access Fees" as a training phrase, but it is not accessible from where the user is coming from in this case.  Could the system be confused on this that that is causing this error message?

Hi @fogpuddle

I would recommend that you reach out to Google Cloud Support for this inquiry so that the Engineers can further check and investigate this issue but you can try checking if the request is calling the correct agent and you are using the correct agent version. Try also checking if your intents contains at least 10-20 training phrases since this is the good minimum but this will still vary on the complexity of your agent, it is recommended if you have more parameters in your intents, you should provide more training phrases.

Make sure that you are following the best practices when designing an agent, you can check this link for more information: https://cloud.google.com/dialogflow/es/docs/agents-design.
