I'm looking and DialogflowES and CX and I see one major glaring omission and I know within my industry expert group, its causing problems and I know you can do this in Watson, possibly Lex, and Microsoft . Whilst most of the SpeechContext, models and other parameters, even adaptive can be set, the one property missing that is crucial is maxAlternatives. You can however get it via google core speech transcription use but that's the pure speech transcription service not dialogflow. Can this be resolved because it would just add a whole dimension to dialog-flow (ES and CX) it should be added to both.
What I see is people giving up and dropping dialogflow and switching to other vendors. One chap whose been in speech 30 years like me (i've done huge deployments and highly complex speech systems) said he was switching, dialogflow can't do it.
Fix it, you might just keep more customers, gain more customers and get more tech developers onside.
