Dialogflow ES training very slow to complete

Hello!

When I initiate training on my projects I am getting a very slow response.   The training starts and you can see the cog spinning in the top left corner, the message also pops up saying 'Training has started' but the training takes many minutes to complete (can be 30+ minutes) and displays the 'Training has started' a number of time.

This seems to be an issue mainly between 9am and 11am UTC, outside of these times the training completes within a timely manner.  Does something happen with the Dialogflow ES servers around these times ?    Is anyone else experiencing these issues?

Someone in google should be onto this, it's still ongoing.  Other companies have this problem.

I also have the same problem. No only when starting the training, but also by opening the dialogflow window it doesn't display the page.
