Dialogflow Es messager is not working

I am using Dialogflow Messenger on my site, but now it is not working. I also tried it directly on the site, but it is still not working. When I check my account, it keeps loading for more than 10 minutes.

I'm experiencing something similar with a Mega-Agent. Very slow response time, meaning the fulfilment webhook fails.
