Dialogflow Knowledge Base Not Working

Hello,

I have a knowledge base that was generating responses to user questions, but now it is no longer working. Has anyone else ran into this? The knowledge base is enabled the response is set to $Knowledge.Answer[1]. I appreciate any assistance.

Can you try to use $Knowledge.Answer[0] instead?

Thanks for the suggestion, Xavi, but it doesn't seem to have worked.

It appears that my html documents in the knowledge base do not work, but I created a csv document and that does generate answers. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi, how did you passed the information to the csv file? Did you just created a list of the HTML links or did you manually added the information?

I just created a CSV manually. I put the question in the first column and the answer in the second column.
