DialogflowCX Agents are not training properly

Does anyone else have problems with their AI agents on DialogflowCX not training appropriately? It just started as of Feb. 10th. It looks like it's training but in reality it's not accepting any new changes. Rather frustrating.

Hi @Agentbuilderlor,

Welcome to the Google Cloud Community!

I understand you're experiencing issues with your Dialogflow CX agent not training properly, here are possible workarounds that might help you address the issue:

  1. Check the Google Cloud Service Health Dashboard - Visit the Google Cloud Service Health Dashboard to see if there are any ongoing incidents affecting Dialogflow CX.
  2. Agent Configuration - Double-check language setting and other advanced settings, as they can influence training behavior.
  3. Review Training Data - Ensure your training data is accurate, complete, and representative of user inputs, avoid duplicate phrases across intents, resolve conflicts between similar intents, and make sure entity names are unique and correctly defined.
  4. Wait and Try Again -  If the problem seems to be a Google-side issue, sometimes the best approach is to wait a few hours or a day and then try retraining again.

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting Google Cloud Support as they can provide more insights to see if the behavior you've encountered is a known issue or specific to your project.
