DialogflowCX conversation agents examples stopped saving

Hi - this afternoon I can't any longer create or save examples in Conversational Agents within Dialogflow CX. Does anyone else have this problem? I constantly have issues saving parameters through the UI when creating examples, but today it won't create the example at all.

It happens to us too. The sample design hasn't worked since yesterday.

 Hi

We are currently facing the same issue, did you find a workaround?

I am facing the same issue.

Same here, can't save any examples since Friday. On Friday I used to get error messages but today I'm not even getting error messages anymore.

We have not found a workaround. I think this is a bug Google needs to fix. I just hope it doesn't take long because the tool is not very usable without the ability to train through examples. If everyone can file big reports, maybe that will raise attention.

We are dealing with the same issue, but am trying to save an example of a playbook of conversational agents, have you found anything about where to report the bug/error? or where to find assitance...?

You need to buy the standard customer care plan to report issues

I have the same problem here, in 2 different environments, and every now and then I get the message "internal error"

Hi @Agentbuilderlor,

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

It sounds like you’re experiencing issues with Dialogflow CX. Here's a breakdown of troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check for Known Issues:

  • Dialogflow CX Status Dashboard: Visit the official Google Cloud's status dashboard and look specifically for issues related to Dialogflow or AI/ML services. This will help you determine if there are any known outages or service disruptions affecting your ability to create examples.

Browser Issues:

  • Clear Browser Cache and Data: Sometimes, your browser cache can interfere with web applications. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then attempt creating an example again. Alternatively, you can try using a different supported browser, as clearing the cache and cookies often resolves UI glitches. You can check this documentation for more details.

Contact Support:

  • If the issue persists, I suggest contacting Google Cloud Support, as they can provide more insights and take a deeper look at your issue. You can also file this as a defect report. Please note that I can't provide any details or timelines at this moment. Also, you may keep an eye on the issue tracker for any update.

Was this helpful? If so, please accept this answer as “Solution”. If you need additional assistance, reply here within 2 business days and I’ll be happy to help.

Update: It started working for me again.

Except now it looks different and there's no place to set the input variables. Way more difficult to use.
