Document AI OCR error

Hi,

My Document AI OCR error, like image show.

When "UPLOAD TEST DOCUMENT" finish, will recevie error report: "Failed to preview the document".

No matter whether I upload a PDF or a JPG/BMP file, it always shows this error.

I am getting the same error when trying to test my model.
