DocumentAI API - Resource has been exhausted (e.g. check quota)

Hi there!
I must ask what this means because I cannot understand that at all.
I am getting this error:

        status: 'RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED' 
      } 
}

 

 

But when I check my quotas on Google Cloud there are no exhausted resources...
It doesn't make any sense to me.
Can someone please help me understand that?
