Hello guys,

I am using documentAI and have created a form processor which I use from my desktop as well as from a web app via a service account.
My question is, how can I let another colleague to use this processor?

Any help much appreciated!

Welcome and thank you for reaching out to our community.

One secure way to share your form processor to a colleague is through Google Cloud's Identity and Access Management (IAM). 

You can grant him or her specific Document AI IAM roles to be able to access and use your processor.

• In the Google Cloud console, go to the IAM & Admin page
• Select the project where your DocumentAI processor resides
• Navigate to View by Roles and click "Grant access"
• Enter your colleague's email address in the "Add Principals" input box
• Select and assign the appropriate role by filtering to Document AI
