Does document ai support layout feature to extract content ?

Is there an equivalent feature in google documentai similar to aws textract feature mentioned here Amazon Textract’s new Layout feature I am trying to do some comparisons for my use case. I see that the textract is unable to parse greek letters.

Google Cloud Platform offers a wide range of services and text extraction is one of those. This particular service can be accomplished by using Document AI Enterprise Document OCR (Optical Character Recognition).

It can identify and extract text in different types of documents. With its broad list of supported languages, Greek is available.
