FAILED recommendation model training due to Insufficient Training Data

Encountered this problem. Despite uploaded 100+k of user events, still encounter same error message.

What I find is there is no documentation or pointer where lies the problem. There is no specific why insufficient data. What is the point of setting minimum data requirement (which in my case certainly surpass a lot more) if the model is looking for a specific requirements?

I personally do not believe for once using real, live data is the only answer to the issue here.
