Follow-up intent not possible to create in DialogFlow

Hi, I am trying to create a Follow-up intent in DialogFlow but when clicking on Add follow-up intent, notihng happens, just some empty frame appears. Please see the printscreen. I tried it on another PC but the result was exactly same. I am using Google Chrome.
Do you have any idea what could be wrong, if it's on my side or is there any bug on DialogFlow side?

Welcome and thank you for reaching out to our community.

It seems that you are having challenges creating/ adding a follow-up intent in your project. I've checked our Service Health status and Open Dialogflow Essentials issues but there has not been any reports related to this issue. 

It is possible that this is a temporary glitch that resolves itself in a later time. Although you have mentioned that you have tried from a different computer, consider refreshing your cache and cookies, the old data stored in these files sometimes can interfere with your API's functions.

If the issue still persists, you can try connecting with Dialogflow support or submit this as bug in the Issue tracking system and product feature requests.
