Gemini Generative AI suddenly started failing with location error

Started getting below error which caused serious issue for our products.

Any idea why this started to appear, this was happening from any location.

Ex : From singapore this was happening which never happened before

encountered error with callAI core function, initiate reject GoogleGenerativeAIFetchError: [GoogleGenerativeAI Error]: Error fetching from https://generativelanguage.googleapis.com/v1beta/models/gemini-pro:generateContent: [400 Bad Request] User location is not supported for the API use

I have identified a similar issue impacting our service, and a fix has been implemented. According to Vishal, the problem stemmed from an IP mapping error affecting a set of instances. Yes got sorted now, but this is a serious issue. We had complaints from many customer 😞

This is happening again, what was the fix? It started last night and all day today so far, same issue - [GoogleGenerativeAI Error]: Error fetching from https://generativelanguage.googleapis.com/v1beta/models/gemini-1.5-flash:generateContent: [503 Service Unavailable] The model is overloaded. Please try again later.
