Getting charged for VertexAI but can't find resources to turn off.

I'm being charged about $500 a month for VertexAI services but I can't for the life of me locate which services are turned on.

I used Google Colab to run through some notebooks, and I think I upgraded to a certain more dedicated system there, but I can't locate where to downgrade this, or even know which notebook it was.

Can someone help?!

You can utilize the Billing Reports to see which Vertex AI services are active and driving your costs. Try exploring your Google Cloud Costs with Billing Reports.

The Reports page displays a chart that plots usage costs for all projects linked to a Cloud Billing account.

Upon review of your billing report, you can then enable or disable APIs as needed to optimize your costs.

If more help is needed, you can contact Google Cloud support. They might be able to help in tracking down the resources that are being charged for.
