Google Bard API access in Czech republic via Google Cloud Console

Hi, we are trying to enable Google Bard API in our Google Cloud Console but in the API library there is no Google Bard API available. Google Bard itself is available in the Czech republic since last week but in the API library we cannot find it. Is it because it is not available in the Czech republic yet?
