I am working on configuring the default language settings for Google Contact Center AI and would like to set Brazilian Portuguese as the primary language. Is it possible to remove English from the language options available on the settings page? Alternatively, is there a way to eliminate the English language option from the text-to-speech (TTS) selection, ensuring that only Brazilian Portuguese remains available?

Currently, there is no option for you to remove the default language (English) from the Google Contact Center AI language settings. English is a fundamental component of the platform's core functionality and is deeply integrated into both the Contact Center AI and TTS.
To address this, you can submit a feature request for both CCAI and TTS to enable complete customization of language settings in each product. While I can’t provide a timeline for when this enhancement might be available, I recommend keeping an eye on the issue tracker and checking the release notes for the Contact Center AI Platform and Text-to-Speech for the latest updates.
