How to Create an Agent and deploy it as a Voice Bot?

Hi Team, I have read documentation relating to CCAI, but I don't understand how a voice bot will be achieved.

I understood the training and the flow we had on the Dialogflow CX, but the part of connecting to CCAI and making it a Voice bot is where im stuck. Can anyone guide me?

  • Documentation that you’re trying to follow
  • Steps that you have already tried or implemented
  • Any error message occurred (if possible)

I havent found the documentation for that,

I have my dialogflow cx bot working.

But the step to connecting to the phone, CCAI I have doubts.

Thanks for the clarification. You can use CCAI if you have an existing telephony partner as CCAI works with a telephony partner. This YouTube video conducted by one of our engineering team briefly explains how CCAI works with Dialogflow CX integration which might help.

On the other hand, you may also want to consider Dialogflow's partner telephony integration in your set up in case you don't have a telephony partner yet.

Hi @cassandramae many thanks for the information. I have already checked that video, My question would be, is CCAI integrated automatically? Should I enable any api? (I did for the CCAI Insights).

Also in that video I see that they use agent assist, so there are a different platform? By my side CCAI only gives me this screen.

In the case is integrated automatically, We can have different bots per project so which bot will CCAI be connected to?

For the telephony Partners, Do you mean CCAI connects with the Telephony Partners that connect with dialogflow cx?

They could be CCAI, if for example I use a chatbot? (Not voicebot), Example a bot that is currently working in the DF messenger on a production website.
