How to request language support for Vertex (bison model) API

Currently, the bison model does not support the Persian language while Bard does.

It is mentioned in 

https://cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/docs/generative-ai/learn/models#language_support

that if you do not find the language you're looking for I should tell support apparently. How can I make that request? to whom?

You can try requesting it as a Feature Request for Vertex AI here: https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/new?component=1130925

Please be guided that the current feature is at Pre- GA stage and might have a limited support and has possible changes.
