Though I'm logging in via mail given in the form I'm not able to access the documentation. The links provided in the mail are directed to only overview page but not specific one.

Requesting for help.

Hi @drk_0535,

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

I understand that you are encountering an issue with accessing the specific documentation for Imagen 3 Editing and Imagen 3 Customization despite being granted access.

According to this documentation

To request access to use this Imagen feature, fill out the Imagen on Vertex AI access request form.

In addition, here are the workarounds that you may try:

1. Double-check the Links:

    • Verify URL: Carefully examine the URLs provided in the email. Look for keywords like "Imagen 3," "editing," "customization," "specific documentation", not just "overview" in the URL paths. If the URL is not specifically pointing to Imagen3 editing, customization documentation then that is the problem.
    • Search Within the Site: Once on the overview page, use the site's search function (if available) and try searching for "Imagen 3 Editing," "Imagen 3 Customization," or similar terms.
    • Navigate the Documentation: Explore the documentation's navigation menus, looking for sections dedicated to Imagen 3, editing features, or customization options.

2. Contact Support:

    • Email Support: Since you have the access email, reply to that email (as the mail says to give feedback via email) and explain your situation clearly. Mention that you're unable to access the specific documentation despite having received access, and specifically mentioning that the links are not for Imagen 3 customization and editing.
    • Google Cloud Support: If you have a support plan, reach out to Google Cloud Support.

When you contact support, be clear and concise. Provide the following information:

  • Project ID: If your access is tied to a Google Cloud project, include your Project ID.
  • Email address used to log into Google account to access the document.
  • Confirmation Email: Mention that you have received confirmation of Imagen 3 access.
  • Specific Problem: Clearly state that the links provided lead to generic overviews, not specific Imagen 3 editing/customization documentation.
  • Troubleshooting Steps: Mention any steps you have already taken.

3. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:

    • Sometimes cached data can interfere with website functionality. Clear your browser's cache and cookies and try accessing the documentation again.

4. Try Different Browser/Incognito Mode:

    • Check if the issue persists with a different browser or in your current browser's incognito mode. This helps determine if the problem is browser-specific.
