Impossible to create an empty dataset on Vertex AI

The creatin process gets stuck on "Creating" as visible from the screenshot.

 

Nothing seems to help sadly and I am the sole owner of this project.

Does anyone know what might be wrong please?

Same issue - I created an empty dataset at midnight (0:00) and it was actually created and available in the morning (8:00)

Same issue. I pressed the create button on midnight and the dataset was available and created in the morning (8:00)
