Intent Suggestions in Dialogflow CX Not Working

Hello, 

I have enabled intent suggestions in the agent settings:

 
and I have a lot of no-match events from the conversatation history:

However, I set the cluster size equal to 2 and am not able to recieve any intent suggestions in the "Suggestions" tab:

Am I doing something wrong here or is their a bug in Dialogflow intent suggestions?

I saw this restriction in the docs:  This feature is currently only available in the global and us-central1 regions. If you need this feature for other regions, contact your Google Cloud account team.

Hello @xavidop I saw that too! I currently have the settings as a global agent:
