Is Adaptive LLM Google translation and Gemini pro 1.0 already GA or is it still in pre-GA?

Hi,

There was an info two weeks ago in the release notes that Gemini Pro and Adaptive LLM is GA and not in pre-GA anymore, but in terms and service documents it seems that it says it is still pre-GA.

Could you please confirm if the are already as GA and ready to be used on production and that using these products from the GCP are secure and the data is private and  will not be used for training the general model?
