I'm using the Google Vertex Java SDK to try to access mistral-large-2411. For Gemini models this works OK, but for Mistral, I get:
RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED: Quota exceeded for aiplatform.googleapis.com/generate_content_requests_per_minute_per_project_per_base_model with base model: mistralai-mistral-large-2411. Please submit a quota increase request.
Looking at my quotas, there is no such entry for Mistral:
I guess my question is; how do I add the appropriate entry so that I can increase it from (presumably) 0?
