Hey There,

I am writing my Master Thesis at the moment. I am comparing AutoML products for image classification. There I compare the product Vertex AI with to Azure. However, I can't find the concrete methods of feature engineering and model selection from the documentation.

Using Vertex Ai You can train models on Vertex AI by using AutoML, or if you need the wider range of customization options available in AI Platform Training, use custom training.

In custom training, you can select from among many different machine types to power your training jobs, enable distributed training, use hyperparameter tuning, and accelerate with GPUs. See the full custom training documentation here. 

Additionally there are 4 other models:

1. Image Data.
2. Tabular Data.
3. Text Data.
4. Video Data.
