My Prompt in Vertex AI Multimodal Lost all System instructions

All of my prompt has lost system instruction this morning, i don't know why? Can anyone help me to solve and recover the system instruction. 

In the image, I already chat a lot with system instruction, now it's gone (see the blank space). It happened the same with all my prompt.

I reached out to Google Cloud support and after two weeks they were able to identify the reason that was affecting some users and fixed the issue. They never explained the root cause though.
