When will Google Cloud NLP scheduled to be taken out of Beta? I've read that the process usually takes 6 months, but it's been longer than that now...

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

The Google Cloud Natural Language API is no longer in Beta. The initial Beta release, v1beta1, was deprecated in 2019. Subsequently, Google introduced a new iteration, version 2, which is currently available in Public Preview (as of August 2023).

Currently, there's no exact date for when the Google Cloud Natural Language will be Generally Available (GA). I suggest keeping an eye on the release notes for any updates or announcements related to Google Cloud Natural Language.
