No option to ask to increase Imagen3 quota increase in Vertex AI

Hi google!

I still don't see an option to request to increase imagen 3 limitations and this is very important to us to choose Google Cloud going forward instead of having to resort to something like open source image generation models. I find no way to contact google beyond the billing contact which gets redirected to another company that tries to sell me google cloud but is not directly responsible for the rate limit requests.

Please let me know how I can get into direct contact as we are a big startup in the making that could make google a lot of imagen 3 requests if permitted to do so.

Hi @TheoL,

Welcome to the Google Cloud Community!

To see the option for requesting a quota increase, filter the Vertex AI API service and select the base_model:imagen-3.0-generate. Then, choose the region where you want to request the quota increase. Click the button on the side for other options and select Edit Quota. Then, you will need to fill out the Quota Increase Request Form. Please see the image below for your reference.

I get error tho:
Contact our Sales Team for requests above 1.

I have contacted sales, but I was redirected to some reseller of Google Cloud and we want to use google startup program so that doesn't seem like a good fit to get this sorted. We want to stay with google cloud natively and ask for higher limits, we are bootstrapping our company.

Hi @TheoL,

I suggest contacting Google Cloud Support as they can provide more insights to see if the behavior you've encountered is a known issue or specific to your project.

It seems there is no option to contact support without paying which seems counter intuitive
